Effective Date: 1 January 2026Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you and pso999. If you do not agree to any provision of this Agreement, you must not register an account or use any pso999 service. Continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:
You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account or use any service on the Platform. By accepting this Agreement, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. pso999 strictly enforces its 21+ policy and reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Any Account found to belong to a person under 21 will be immediately suspended and all associated funds forfeited.
The Platform is primarily designed to serve players residing in Indonesia. You must be a resident of Indonesia and at least 21 years of age to open an Account. It is your responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction of residence. pso999 does not represent or warrant that the Platform is legal in all locations. Users who access the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is unlawful do so at their own risk and pso999 shall bear no liability in connection therewith.
Each User may hold only one Account on the Platform. Duplicate Accounts — including those registered under different names, email addresses, or payment methods by the same individual — are strictly prohibited. pso999 reserves the right to merge or close duplicate Accounts and to withhold any associated balances or winnings pending investigation.
The following individuals are not eligible to register an Account or participate in any Platform service:
To use the Platform, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile phone number, and a secure password. pso999 reserves the right to reject any registration application at its sole discretion without providing a reason.
You are required to ensure that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent time remains accurate and up to date. You must promptly notify pso999 of any changes to your personal information by contacting customer support. Any Account found to have been registered with false, misleading, or incomplete information is subject to immediate suspension and forfeiture of funds.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. pso999 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to protect your credentials. You must notify pso999 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.
pso999 may require you to complete KYC verification at any time, including before processing your first withdrawal or upon reaching a cumulative deposit threshold. Standard KYC documents include a government-issued national identity card (KTP), proof of residential address dated within 90 days, and a live selfie with your identity document. Failure to complete KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or Account closure.
pso999 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following channels: Indonesian bank transfers via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, and BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia); and e-wallet transfers via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Supported payment methods are subject to change without prior notice.
All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Deposits are credited to your Account upon confirmation of receipt by pso999. Minimum deposit amounts and processing times may vary by payment method and are published on the Platform. pso999 does not charge deposit fees, but your payment provider may impose their own charges.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. You must have completed KYC verification before your first withdrawal is processed. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are specified on the Platform. Standard withdrawal processing time is 15–60 minutes during business hours; requests submitted outside business hours may be processed the following business day.
pso999 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending KYC completion, verification of payment method ownership, or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity. Any funds determined to have been obtained through fraudulent means, system abuse, or exploitation of software errors will be forfeited and the relevant Account suspended.
pso999 processes withdrawals exclusively to bank accounts and e-wallets registered in the Account holder's legal name. Mismatch between Account name and payment-method name will result in the withdrawal being declined pending resolution.
The Platform operates in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp) as its primary currency for Indonesian Users. All account balances, bets, winnings, and transaction histories are displayed in IDR unless otherwise specified. Currency conversion fees may apply for payment methods that settle in a different currency.
All bonuses and promotional offers made available by pso999 are subject to specific terms attached to the relevant promotion. In the event of any conflict between general terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail. pso999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
Bonus Funds are subject to Wagering Requirements before they or associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable Wagering Requirement multiplier is specified on each individual promotion page. Only bets placed using real-money funds contribute toward meeting Wagering Requirements unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise. Certain game categories — including but not limited to live dealer games, sports betting accumulators, and progressive jackpot slots — may contribute at a reduced percentage or not at all toward Wagering Requirements.
pso999 operates a strict zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. Prohibited conduct includes, without limitation: claiming multiple bonuses using duplicate Accounts; hedging bets to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome; systematically exploiting low-risk betting strategies to meet Wagering Requirements without genuine gameplay risk; and using artificial means to manipulate game outcomes. Any Account found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have all associated Bonus Funds and winnings voided and the Account suspended.
Bonus Funds that are not used within the validity period specified in the relevant promotion will expire and be removed from your Account automatically. pso999 is not obligated to notify you prior to the expiry of Bonus Funds.
All games available on the Platform use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) that have been independently audited for fairness. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee any individual session outcome. The use of unauthorized software, bots, automated betting scripts, or any other tool that provides an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of winnings.
In the event of a technical malfunction, connectivity failure, or game error that results in an ambiguous or incomplete transaction, pso999 reserves the right to void the affected bets and restore the Account balance to the state prior to the error. pso999 shall not be liable for any loss of opportunity or winnings arising from a system malfunction beyond its reasonable control.
Sports betting markets, including those covering BRI Liga 1 matches featuring Persija Jakarta, Persib Bandung, and Bali United, EPL, La Liga, Champions League, and Timnas Indonesia international fixtures, are subject to specific sportsbook rules published on the Platform. Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator bet) and Asian handicap markets are governed by their own rule sets. Bets placed on settled markets will not be accepted, and pso999 reserves the right to void bets placed in error after market settlement.
Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) markets including Togel SGP, Togel HK, Togel SDY, and Togel Macau are governed by the official draw results published by the respective authorized market operators. pso999 accepts no responsibility for discrepancies arising from unofficial or delayed result publications. In the event of a draw cancellation or postponement, affected bets will be voided and stakes returned.

pso999 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to maintain 99.9% uptime, we do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may result in temporary unavailability. pso999 will endeavor to provide advance notice of planned maintenance where practicable.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pso999 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of opportunity — arising from or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if pso999 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
In no event shall pso999's total aggregate liability to any User for all claims arising under this Agreement exceed the total amount deposited by that User into their Account during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless pso999 and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with: (a) your access to or use of the Platform; (b) your breach of any provision of this Agreement; (c) your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party; or (d) any fraudulent, negligent, or willful misconduct on your part.
The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal information are governed by the pso999 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By registering an Account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein.
pso999 employs industry-standard security measures including 256-bit SSL encryption, secure data centers with redundant storage, and access controls limiting staff exposure to personal data on a strict need-to-know basis. We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes. KYC documents are retained only for as long as required by applicable anti-money laundering regulations and are thereafter securely deleted.

You may close your Account at any time by submitting a written request to our customer support team. Upon receipt of a valid closure request, pso999 will process any outstanding withdrawal of your real-money balance after deducting any applicable Bonus Funds that have not met their Wagering Requirements. Account closure does not affect any rights or obligations accrued prior to the closure date.

In cases where an Account is closed due to confirmed fraud or material breach of this Agreement, pso999 reserves the right to withhold all or part of the Account balance as compensation for damages incurred.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pso999 is incorporated, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of an internationally recognized arbitration body, with proceedings conducted in English.
Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence. Users in Indonesia acknowledge that online gambling occupies a legally ambiguous position under Indonesian law, and that they access and use the Platform at their own legal risk. pso999 strongly encourages all Indonesian Users to acquaint themselves with the current legal framework and to exercise personal responsibility in their decision to participate.
pso999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time. When material changes are made, pso999 will notify registered Users via email or a prominent on-Platform notification at least seven (7) days before the revised terms take effect, unless immediate implementation is required by law or to address security concerns.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and submit an Account closure request before the amendment takes effect.
